I am currently working as a UX & Product Designer for Alpha NB, a consulting company that provides business, design, and development services. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with my bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
Studying design helps me understand how important the user experience is. If people know how to use a product without thinking, it will give them the best possible experience.
To me, giving the best experience to users is like playing a game with them; a game that we can play forever. You never know what kind of problems are going to happen. Although you have a solution to a (design) problem, it will have to be solved again from a new point of view. The most interesting part is if you try to see the problems from a different perspective, you can have multiple solutions for it. I believe design can help users and businesses at the same time which is also the most challenging part of the game.
